I added a bypass route between  output and input of chiller to reduce the speed of water flow for laser downstream. 

I saw no leakage, and the speed to the laser flow will be ~1/4 that is roughly the same as original flow for the new high powe laser.

Tomorrow we will test to provide water into the laser inside the PSL room.
