All turbo pumps may work well (NORM : 27000rpm), and LED at turbo pump was no problem.

From those value, Y10 seems higher compared with Y21, but I want to ask expert to check it.

I found some klog(https://klog.icrr.u-tokyo.ac.jp/osl/?r=18535), previously troubled.
From that time (October 2021), this gate valve was closed,
so I opened gate valve again and I will monitor the vacuum level this weekend.
After opening the gate valve, the value of cc-10 became 1.5e-5 Pa
I tried the check the exact time to increase the vacuum level
