Here is a summary of the progress of AS port alignment.

We first checked the beam spot position of the single bounce light on SR3. We confirmed that the beam hit the center of the target.

The beam spot position on the SRM was largely shitted, so we moved the SR2 coil magnet actuator a lot in both pitch and yaw directions and roughly centered the beam spot on the SRM. After this adjustment, we did SR2 oplev centering, and at the same time, we adjusted its incident beam since the output oplev beam hit almost on the edge of the steering mirror. By doing so, two OSEMs are near the edge. We need to adjust it before tuning the alignment.

We checked the beam positions of the viewport, OMMT1, OMMT2, and OSTM. Here are the pictures (photo angles were chosen to see yaw and pitch, respectively)
