We did cleaning work for the PRM mirror.

1. Glued the peeling tab to the FC surface with tape.

2. Removed the jigs.

3. Cleaned inside the chamber using a vacuum cleaner and wiper.

4. Peeled off both of the FC using Top gun.

5. Inspected the mirror and took some pictures.

6. Released the suspension.

Last time, on SR2, we left the FC residue around the peeling tab, but this time we could remove the FC successfully.

The HR side is almost clean, and the AR side has FC dirt and still has some dirt and dust that is on the out-of-jig range.
