The following measurements were taken to install DC centering control for IMMT1 and IMMT2 using signals received from the POP forward QPDs,
*We measured Sensing matrix of IMMT1, IMMT2 by POP-FORWARD QPDs (20220426_SENSMAT_IMMT{1,2}_PIT.png, 20220426_SENSMAT_IMMT1_PIT.png, 20220426_SENSMAT_IMMT1_2_YAW.png)At this time, I turned off the compensating filter for each QPD since the degrees of freedom are swung at lower frequencies. *We inserted the sensing matrix values into DOF3 and DOF4. (Sensmat_POP_FOR.png) and changed the MEDM screen (ASC_CUST_INMTRX_{P, Y}_DC.adl) for them.
