We noticed there are large glitches in both IMMT1 OPLEV signals and POP forward QPD signals. Then we set PRM in MISALIGN state. After misaligning PRM, the glitches are disappeared drastically (fig. 1).

I wonder why the PRM angle causes the glitch in POP forward QPDs...
