I checked the status of the signal generators for the LVDT driver. Though the embedded generators (EB) were employed for Type-A, some stand-alone generators are still used. Though the output of the AFG3102G in PRM/PR3 is set to 7.0Vp-p on the interface, the actual amplitude is 12.0Vp-p. This is too large, isn't it?
