Hammering (Shaker injection) for XPcal, 2022-04-07

Today we performed the shaker injection test for XPcal.

When we shake the Rx module, Tx module, Leg of EXA, and body of EXA by the shaker (2~3 orders larger than normal), we couldn't see the excess in the Rx PD. 
Only when we rampaged on the square ground of the chamber (without touching the chamber body), we observed a little excess.

I analyzed yesterday's data with the coupling function model.

Note that this analysis might not be appropriate for "Jogging" data, due to some non-linear coupling or multiple coupling paths.

I analyzed demodulated signal of Pcal lines, and the effect from the injected vibration on Pcal uncertainty could not be observed except for the "jogging" data.

Even in the case of jogging data, the generated uncertainty was about 0.3% at maximum.

I tried to evaluate the coherence between XPCal line and Sensors of ETMX suspensions.
IM photosensor, MN photosensor and BF LVDT are "NO" coherence with PCal lines.
