Measurement of calibration factor for the length sensing oplev of PR3

I measured the calibration factor for length sensing QPD of the PR3 oplev.

the fitted value is
-7.82 [cnt/mm]

I calculated the calibration factor by inputting those length and angle;

const double alpha = 52.0;

const double meas_ver = 2.09;
const double meas_hori = -2.00;

Then, we obtained
pitch=339.966019 [urad/cnt]
yaw=-218.722660 [urad/cnt]
long=-210.962107 [um/cnt]
LENS=310.555556 [1/mm]
