I temporarily reduced the PMC_LO_THRESHOLD from 80 to 78.
It should be backed after the settings of the function generator in PSL room will be recovered.

Maybe someone can enter the PSL room in next Monday.
LO decreased around 11:30 JST on Jan. 12th (Fig.1).

I reduced the software threshold again from 78 to 75.
Now LO MON is 77.2.
