Print this reportResult of the vacuum leak test at IXCWhen: 12/Jan./2022 Who:Kimura, Yasui, Tomaru (NAOJ), Sawada (Hokuto) and Ueda (SK service) Task: We performed the vacuum leak test for IXC area between BS gate valve and X-arm gate valve. We confirmed that there were no vacuum leaks larger than 1 x 10^-11 Pam^3/s at the IXC area.

Print this reportWhen: 25/Jan./2022 Who: Kimura, M. Takahashi, Yasui and Sawada (Hokuto) Task: We tried to find vacuum leak place around D-sub type hermetic connectors of IXV. Then, we confirmed there were no leaks the connectors like EXV.
We will continue vacuum leak test at IXC.
