The rate of the glitch in the F3 was small today, a few times per 30 min. We replaced the LVDT driver (main card, in/out card, SG) completely. We could see still glitches at the same rate. We disconnected the cable from the output of the LVDT driver. We could see still glitchy signals in the DGS output. This means the problem is on the DGS side.
