1. Replaced the SLD for IMMT1 oplev to new one.

Before replacement, the laser power was about 1300 count at high QPD gain mode.
After replacement, the laser power became 10,000 count.
2. Set the IR filter
Sorry I forgot to take picture after installation, we set the IR filter and QPD cover .
After setting, the laser power became 9,200 count
About the QPD cover assembly.
- The QPD cover body was manufactured by NAOJ Advanced Technology Center with a mechanical 3D printer, plus additional manufacturing in the machine shop for making the screw part.
- The optical filter was to stop 532 nm and 1064 nm in >OD6 (in nominal design) from Sigma koki (see the attached photo and JGW-D2213690)
- The adapter for the optical filter to the QPD cover is Thorlabs's SM1L03. (You can by 5 piece set by putting -P5 option in the tail)
