I checked the light power of SLDs which were used in old Type-A MN oplevs. (So there were totally four SLD)

#228153 : about 5739 count
#228151 : about 22500 count
#242769 : about 19700 count
#228145 : about 8800 count

So we used #228151 for EXC TM YPL oplev.

At this time, we performed the tilt oplev centering.
