When they were installing an outlet for Oplev in the EYC booth, their body got stuck in the SLD power cable of the ETMY test mass Oplev. At that time, the power cable was pulled and the unfixed SLD fell from the optical table. As a result, the optical fiber connected between the SLD and the collimator was broken.
No one is injured.
SLD and the broken fiber are moved to the surface plate near the IX entrance.
