After confirming the reason of good alignment values of OpLevs, we centered QPDs.
During the work, we checked the GreenX flash to avoid missing the ITMX alignment.
Now, we can see the GreenX flash when ITMX alignment is (P,Y) = (0,0) as you can see in figure 1.
