With Ushiba-san,
I tried to offload EX.
1. I used the stepper motor of IP_L, T, Y so that the value of K1:VIS-ETMX_IP_BLEND_LVDTL_INMON, K1:VIS-ETMX_IP_BLEND_LVDTT_INMON, K1:VIS-ETMX_IP_BLEND_LVDTY_INMON would be 0 respectively.
2. I used F0, F1, F3, BF_GAS so that the value of K1:VIS-ETMX_F0_DAMP_GAS_INMON, K1:VIS-ETMX_F1_DAMP_GAS_INMON, K1:VIS-ETMX_F3_DAMP_GAS_INMON and K1:VIS-ETMX_BF_DAMP_INMON would be 0 respectively.
3. I used the F0Y stepper motor so that the value of K1:VIS-ETMX_BF_LVDTEUL_Y_INMON would be 0.
4. I used the F0Y stepper motor to keep the value of K1:VIS-ETMX_BF_LVDTEUL_Y_INMON 0, while I moved the BF pico motor so that the value of K1:VIS-ETMX_TM_OPLEV_TILT_HOR_OUT16 would be 0
