IX payload finalization Day3: final visual inspection inside the cryostat

[Yokozawa, Ushiba]

Abstract:
We performed visual inspection of the cryogenic payload.
Gaps of earthquake stops, position of moving mass, heat link positions, and optical path are checked.
All above components seem fine now.

Detail:
Before checking the OpLev beam path (klog19022), we performed final visual inspection of the suspension and took photos for the record.

Moving masses: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/0igvr4mfa8m49u0/AAAWqsFKPbzK7hCdIG3dp-Lla?dl=0
HLs: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/6oqobijm28bkopt/AACvrgfrIIPgbJiyl5y5HcRYa?dl=0
Optical path: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/htr6fy8soel67xy/AADsf-3SYAGzpR4R7ghL727Ka?dl=0

During the checking, I found some of the gaps of EQ stops ae very narrow, so I once clamped the suspension and move the EQ stop positions.
Currently, gaps between MN and MNR are narrowest, which are about 3.5mm, because the gaps between magnets and coils are 4mm.
The other gaps are more than 5mm at least.

After that, I checked the moving mas position, HLs, and optical path, and no significant problem was found.
So, IX suspension is ready.
