We finished height measurements of IMM, IFI and IYC vacuum chambers.
Summaries of height measurements of BS, PRs, SRs, IMM, IFI, IXC and IYC are shown in attached files.
(2) PR3 mirror height measurement and check of Terada Line

We had cross check of the height measurement between BS and IYC, and confirmed to be almost consistent with the result in yesterday.
But we found minor mistakes in last data, so post revised summary data.
