Oshino-san kindly pointed out that Omicron (trigger search pipeline) was not running after the power outage.

This problem was caused by not-ordered and deplicated file list in cache file. I fixed it, so the results will appear on summary page.

Actually this issue is the second time. So, I will add the memo on wiki page of Omicron.
