guardian test
I tested new guardian functions for TypeA suspensions and they worked well.
Now we can move between SAFE and ALIGNED with new guardian functions.

By the way, I found strange jump during engaging GAS loops.
(See also error and feedback signals during engaging GAS loops in an attachment).
Finally GAS loops become stable, but signals are jumped such as t=-1m in the attachment.
This behavior can be seen both old and new guardian codes.
So it's not depends on the modification of guardian codes.

Next tasks
- Fixing bugs that can't be escaped from transient states.
- Engaging OPTICALIGN offsets on proper states.
- Implement FLOAT states.
- (A lot of) minor refactoring.
