Checked the pzt range of the pzt-pico mirror to be installed on the POS table
Actuation efficiency of PZT mirror for POS: 0.46 mrad

Details:
Using the same setup described in ref[1], we applied DC voltage to each PZT (Target was changed from measure to circuler target). For mirror 3, 4, PZT at 0 deg, 150.0 V applied (in the display of the controller). And this taget was 5480 mm away from the PZT mirror, so 2.5 mm/5480 mm = -0.46 mrad would be the full range.
At first we set the laser spot to the target center (Fig 1 for PZT mirror3, Fig 2 for PZT mirror4). We check for the PZT at 120 deg (Fig 3 for PZT mirror3, Fig 4 for PZT mirror4) and 240 deg (Fig 5 for PZT mirror3, Fig 6 for PZT mirror4) in the same manner. Comparing Fig1(or 2) and Fig 3,5(4,6), beam spot moves from center to 2.5 mm.
