Summary:

• We adjusted Pcal beam positions on ETMX.
• We aligned the Pcal beams until RxPD.
• The optical efficiencies were between 90% (estimated by integration sphere output) and 94% (estimated by a power meter: OPHIR StarLite.)

After the beam alignment works, we checked each beam spot on each mirror.
We think there are no room to adjust the alignment to improve the optical efficiency. (We think the beam spots are at the center of the mirrors. We took every pic.)
