Check the operation of the Stepper motor and the status of the limit switch.

[Confirmation]
Check if the power supply can be controlled by BIO.
Check if the script can be started.
Confirmed that the limit switch installed is green.

SRM, SR2, SR3:
PR0(PR2,PR3):
=> No problem

ETMY:
Power control: No problem
Limit SW: currently all NG, but will be adjusted

ITMY:
Power control: No problem
Limit SW: F0YAW is NG (need to check)

BS:
GAS: No problem
IP,F0YAW:
Power control: Power does not turn on, ping fails
Limit SW: Not confirmed.

PR2:
Power control: Script startup fails, so maybe power is not turned on, and ping also fails.
Limit SW: Not confirmed

Responding to the symptom of remote power control failure of BS-IP and PR2

After checking the stepper motor drivers on site, we found that the relay circuits of both units were malfunctioning, so we replaced the relays.
After that, we tested the operation and confirmed that they worked properly.

Since it had been a few months since we had run them this time, the relays may have been sticking.
From now on, we will check the operation periodically on maintenance days to see how it goes.
