Optimal demodulation phase of REFL_WFS at COM and DIF of flat mirrors

We measured the phase to optimize the demodulation phase of IMC_REFLWFS(QPD1, QPD2) when the flat mirror is tilted in-phase and differential.
We also optimized the demodulation phase of REFLWFS and created a script.
This script is dedicated for this measurement using Lock-in-amp.
It is not completed yet, so we are creating it so that anyone can use it.

It is a nice progress that you become to write a runnable script at the site!

By the way, I'm not well understanding why these "optimized" phases are different for each DoF. It would be nicer for you to make a couple of slides or a document to explain thigs including what you did for clearer explanaion.

You could also excite the laser frequency to unambiguously determine the demod phases.
