Performed Picomotor drive at the request of Akutsu-san.
POP_POM VAC_Y [ch.4] was moved from -2655 to -2275 and then to -2975.
After that, I turned off the picomotor driver and detached the relevant cables to avoid dangers, because I had no idea about the nice proper way to lay the cables...
