We removed the first contact of ITMX for green beam alignment to Xend.
Removal was done and surface looks clean at least by my visual inspection.

After the removal, we released the suspension but the mirror angle tilted to - pitch direction a lot.
The recovery work of the alignment will be posted as the separate post.
