Nihon Boshin people + K. Tanaka, C. Hirose, Akutsu

Staffs from Nihon Boshin continued the construction of the cover for the MCE_TRANS and finished.

• Due to the nneighboring viewport windows, they needed to in-situ-ly cut a part of tube connecting the viewport window and the cover.
• The cables all got back (maybe Tanaka-kun will report)

By the way, we found a mistery on the GigE camera during the cable getting back...
