Adjustment of F0 FR

[Takahashi, Sato, Sugiyama, Ikeda(remote)]

We went to the adjustment of F0 vertical/yaw FR.

  1. The F1 keystone reached the upper limit. The keystone was pulled down with the FR.
  2. Checked the range of F0 vertical FR. Both upper and lower range was limited by stuck stepper motor. The movable range of F0 keystone was -14.4mm to -12.2mm. Though the upper limit due to the additional FR jig was removed, the range was not so improved.
  3. Moved the support ring by +25mm. Attached the secondary coils to the support ring.
  4. One of the side stoppers for BF was stuck. It was removed once and repaired.
  5. Tested the F0 yaw FR. The helicoil spring to pull the wire receptacle was still loose. It is necessary to arrange the location of stepper motor on the top plate to add other springs.
  6. Checked polarity of magnets in the BF damper.

[Takahashi, Sato, Miyo(remote)]

We went to adjustment of the F0 yaw FR.

  1. Repaired some in-vacuum cables. Pin#2 of CRY#8 cable (P5-8) has been grounded. The cable was swaped with the DPCH cable (P1-1). Pin#2-7 were swaped with pin#4-9.
  2. The helicoil spring to pull the wire receptacle was twisted more. The bellows of yaw FR was set to natural length.
  3. Adjusted the F0 yaw FR so that the primary coil can be centered to the secondary coils in the BF damper.
  4. Adjusted the BF yaw picomotor so as to align the TM with Oplev.
  5. Adjusted the position of secondary coils.
  6. Checked polarity of magnets in the IP actuator. The center yoke was N.
