Following the discussion in the today's acceptance review, we did a few checks in MCF.
MCo oplev beam path
To resolve the doubt that the MCo oplev might have stronger coupling of DoFs than that of the others, we revisited the beam path of the MCo oplev. We put a laser level to see what is the height or variety of height of this optical path. It was slightly (~1mm) heigher than 210 mm, but basicaly was flyig mostly in horizontal. The final beam spot on the QPD was heigher than the TX but, this should not be a problem.
We also tried to check if the beam was not mainly reflected at HR of MCo but at AR of MCo. It was difficult to check this due to already-installed black shields. I found a point that would be illuminated by the oplev beam on MCo, and I guess that was on the AR surface... but not 100%-ly sure.
Dust check on MCi and MCo
We borrowed a black LED light (actually, radiating in ultra-violet-wise wavelength) from Ushiba-kun to check the surface cleanliness of MCi and MCo (maybe tomorrow for MCe), and found nothing special. The surfaces seem very clean. Fig. 1 for MCo and Fig. 2 for MCi; but it is difficult to say anything from these photos.
