Calibration of the PZT actuator efficiency

We measured the actuator efficiency of PZT for PMC.

The result is consistent with klog#5379. (~169V/FSR)

We are now measuring the TF of temperature loop. It will takes more 3 hours.
Don't touch PMC until finishing this measurement.

We swept an offset on PZT slow output from -9V to 9V (It is consistent with 30V to 300V on HV amp. output)

and by changing the HV output as 169V, we observed resonant peak moved one FSR. (See Fig1).

Re-measurement is ongoing. It will be finished around 8 a.m. (maybe).

According to the measurement TF, cross over frequency of temperature and PZT loop is 2mHz (left panels in the attachment)
TF from heater output to error signal of temperature loop (right panels in the attachement) is ~20dB larger than one in klog6824.

We should investigate temperature controller, heater, and thermometer again.
At least thermometer seems to have no response for actuation by heater...
