Stepper motor circuit for ETMY_IP seems be broken

Yamat, Nakagaki, Miyo

I found that the stepper motor circuit (6043) did not provide the 24V power to the NPort and TMCM because LED at the rear pannel were not blinking.
Although I also turn off and turn on the circuit by the switch at the rear pannel directly, the power suply problem was not resolved.
So, I bring it back to Mozumi.

I found another problem on the BIO swith which is used when we turn on the stepper motor circuit in remote. Although cable was connected between "relay count" at the rear pannel of the stepper motor circuit  (6043) and the BIO converter (5898), I could not turn on/off the stepper motor circuits even the circuit for GAS did not have any problem itself. So We have to check the BIO output by using the BIO chekker later.

I found the toggle switch at rear pannel was turned off on the circuit of IP and was turned on that of GAS.
It means that the IP circuit did not supply the power by using the local power switch, and the GAS circuit did not do that by using the BIO.
So I turned off the all toggle switch for that and confirmed the network connection between the TMCM after turn on the BIO with EPICS channel of "K1:VIS-ETMY_BO_ENCODE_STEP_IP_SW".
Then, I confirmed that there are no problem about the stepper motor and picomotor on ETMY. Now we can access these drivers.enlightened

So, I will not bring the stepper motor driver to Mozumi.
