Contents of SRM support

 Replace IM,TM with PAYLOAD_MASTER's IM,TM because of waiting for commonization of the current BIO.
 Eventually will be replaced with PAYLOAD_MASRER/PAYLOAD_MASTER

 PAYLOAD: delete
 IM: same support as SRM
 TM: same support as SRM

SDF:
 CHANS NOT FOUND: SDF RESTORE-LOAD
 CHANS NOT INIT: MON(ACCEPT) - CONFIRM

To release WD and DK, set the following values:
K1:VIS-SR2_TM_WD_OPLEVAC_RMS_MAX: 0 -> 10000

The DITHER parameters have been changed to match the original connection as follows
K1:VIS-SRM_DITHER{P,Y}2EUL_{1,2}_1: {IM,TM}_DTHER_{PIT,YAW}
The combination was connected, so change to 1.0

Foton
The following name changes were made.
Changed from SR2_IM_OLDCTRL_{P,Y} to SR2_IM_OLDAMP_{P,Y}.
Deleted SR2_TM_DAMP_{P,Y}, SR2_TM_OPLEV_SERVO_{LEN,PIT,YAW} and SR2_IM_OLSET_{P,Y}.

Increase/decrease of EPICS channels :
Almost the same as SRM, see 15660.
