Started to inspect several things in the IFI and IMM chambers. Today we started with measuring the positions and the alignments of several parts such as IFI and so on. Particularlly we found

• The holder of CWP2 in IFI seems burned in vacuum (see Fig 1).
• The beam dump glass in front of IMMT1 seems broken.
• A beam dump that we totally did not understand why it was here was located close to the main optical axis to PRM (See Fig 2).

We should not repeat stupid things....
