In the progress of diagonalizing geophones for blending, we found that the LVDTs signals are not very well diagonalized, as in, we see yaw resonances in horizontal DoFs. So, for all suspensions, we proceed to decouple any coupling we see in the LVDT signals before proceeding. We did not care much about L2T and T2L coupling because it is very difficult to tell if it is actuation or sensor coupling as they have the same resonance frequencies. After that, I diagonalize the actuation matrix again.
