1. Run-break for commissioning to improve sensitivity/stability (Mar 10 ~ 31)

Schedule for starting Observation (Miyoki)
- Different from the previous "ER like" ER and "observation like" observation,
  - The sensitivity is around 700 kpc - 1Mpc.
  - LIGO was suspended, while, GEO is working until about 21st April. Virgo is now working (I don't know when it will stop).

In this time, I basically think we should concentrate on observation with freezed and as stable conditions as possible from 7th April.

This is the reason why "stabilization" is listed in http://gwwiki.icrr.u-tokyo.ac.jp/JGWwiki/KAGRA/EngineeringRun/ER200401-0407

In order to discuss, we need information especially about the present status of "Monkey alignment", ADS (ASC), BPS reliability to judge these remained tasks should be included in the ER period. However, some people might have opinions to keep trials for DRFPMI in somehow. These are the discussing points.
