2. I connected the REFL speaker to PEM amplifier ch.2.

2. Oshino-san fixed the REFL HWP

3. Yokozawa checked the IMMT2 OpLeV QPD. QPD signal was shutted by the injection frame. Otherwise, IR beam injected to the QPD(Oshino-san will put the picture)
