For Experts:
Please do the following human alginement when the guardian cannot go OBSERVATION from FPMI_LSC_LOCKED
1. Request ENGAGE_ADS state (LSC_LOCK guardian)
2. When ENGAGE_ADS is done, open EY_HUMAN screen from Commissioning Dock (See, the first and second attachement).

3. Tweak the EY alignment by the green sliders on the human_EY screen.
- You aim the AS port signals make darker.
- Open the ndscope from the same screen to check the AS DC darkness.
- Move EY carefully and slowly!
4. Request OBSERVATION state.

We noticed that the ASC process cannot be engaged when the ifo alignment is not very good. For ER, we decided to make it manually by humans.

1. After the main LSC_LOCK guardian acquires the OBSERVATION mode, open the human_EY screen from Commissioning Dock (see the 1st attachment).
2. Turn on the left top button. It indicates the alignment time.
3. Tweak the EY alignment by the green sliders on the human_EY screen.
- You aim the AS port signals make darker.
- Open the ndscope from the same screen to check the AS DC darkness.
- Move carefully and slowly!
4. Turn off the left top button to go to the real observation mode.
