First we measured sensing matrix and diagonalized input matrix for diagonalizing HARD and SOFT mode with two QPDs on REFL table.

After that, we closed the loop with simple integrator, and it seemed working well.
we measured the TF and estimate UGF is about 60mHz for both HARD and SOFT loop (attached figure).
Since the UGF is very low, we measured the gain above UGF.
We also editted the guardian for the WFS loop, and HARD and SOFT mode of pitch can be locked by guardian now.
