Coil Actuator Calibration

at Mitaka

I measured the "new" coil actuator as the same manner as before (see 8159).
Attached figure shows the result of the coil actuator which is labeled as "No.14" temporary.

The measured actuator efficiency is 0.0262 [N/V], and this value is compatible with previous measurement of other actuators.

I appreciate Uraguchi-san and Sato-san's work for preparing this actuator.

Let's call this No. 17, not No. 14. To manage the tracability of each part, once-broken one would be understood as just disappeared, and then the repaired one should be counted as a new one in this case. Of course this philosophy would not be true for some of the other cases.

The history so far is as follows: firstly 12 coils were delivered. Out of the 12 coils, 1 was broken at first. Then unbroken 6 were installed at Mitaka to TMS-VIS-X before shipping, but 3 out of the 6 were broken at Kamioka, so newly 3 coils were sent to Kamioka and installed to TMS-VIS-X. Then 12-1-6-3= 2 coils were remained for TMS-VIS-Y. So I ordered additional 4 coils. But 1 out of 4 was broken. So I ordered another coil again, which was calibrated in the post. In total, 12+4+1=17 actuator coils has been manufactured.
