dB for the nominal modulation index

We measured needed Voltage[dBm] on EOM to generate the nominal modulation indices.
The data is shown on the table I attached. "with RF amp" means the combination of 17[dB] RF amp and 7[dB] attenuator.
Colored values indicate the necessity of RF amp.
Figures are attached in the same order as that in the table.

With the fix I presented in 7047, again I did the same measurement.
The figure is the new version with a minor correction.
This is slightly different from the original data.

As I report in 6971, the gain of combination of RF amp & attenuator is higher than the spec about 3dB.
