Top lid @ IXA out of the clean booth

Ken Tanaka, Akutsu

We pushed the top lid of the IXA chamber out of the clean booth.

  1. After this work, the top lid was sheilded by certain material but still left on the center of the clean booth, and it was blocking the NAB suspension's move. So we liked to take out it. The lid was put on two wooden bars with plastic film shielded (upper bars), and the two wooden bars were on another two wooden bars with plastic-film shielded (lower bars). The two pairs of the bars were transverse. This gimmick would be to make space fro bishamon blade. The bottom of the lid was also shielded.
  2. One of the reason that they gave up to move the top lid was the difference of the floor level. They are small but enough to stop the smooth move of bishamons.
  3. We repeated a simple way to overcome the differences; lifting up the top lid on the upper bars with two bishamons (as the diameter of the lid was so wide that we need two bishamons to stably support it; the blade's direction and the upper bar's direction were transverse.) and moved; when you reached the floor differene, the load was lain on the bottom bars, which should be moved along with the moving amount of the load, of course; then the relased bishamon's wheal(s) can easily overcome the clif, then again, lift up the load there.
  4. By repeating these process, we succeeded to push out the top lid (Fig 1 and 2).
