We measured the height of ETMX again.

First, we checked the target precision by using auto level.
We compaired the target we used for height measurement with references of duct shield center.
The measured valuses are as follows:
Target - beam duct center of -X side: +0.1 mm
Target - beam duct center of +X side: -0.2 mm
So, the target looks good enough for the refeerence of the height measurement.

Then, we measured the ETMX height by using laser level with respect to the target.
The mirror height is now -8.5 mm lower than the target.
Since we use laser level for the measureent, precision is about 1 mm.

According to klog16535, ETMX was lifted up by 8 mm and measured height before lift up was -19.5 mm.
So, current height should be -11.5 mm, which is 3 mm far from the current height.
The difference looks slightly large but we are not sure why.
