For the IM, the amount of movement of the OSEM was measured in relation to the amount of drive.
The BF is used for coarse adjustment, but it is better not to move too much.

How to check :
Fabian-san told me that there is no problem within the measurement range of ±100[urad] and ±100[um], so I measured within that range.
In order to check the amount of movement of the PITCH, I first moved it from 0 to 1000 in increments of 10[count], and then checked it in increments of 1000[count].
Measurements were taken from -4000 [count] to +5000 [count].
ROLL was performed in units of 1000 from the beginning, and measurements were taken within a range of ±4000 [count].
The Yaw value of OSEM moved from -607 to -835 when the first 1000[counts] were moved, so the value was set back to 0 and the negative side was measured by moving every 100[counts].

BF
Both L and T were connected, and there was no problem in operation.

[How to check]
In order to check if the Picomotor motors were connected, I advanced the L and T motors by 1[count] and returned them to 0.

After the operation, I checked if the OSEM returned to its original position.
I checked the last data of IM_PITCH for the start of the operation and BF_T for the end of the operation, and found that they were about ±30 [um or urad], so I left them as they were.
