Connection between F3 and F2

 * The M10 nut was attached to the push screw for F2 on the earthquake stop (lock nut).
 * Put the F2 on the plate of the earthquake stop while passing the wire through the F2. 
 * Raise the F2 to a height of 70mm from the earthquake stop plate and apply tension to the wire.
 * Final state
Height of F2: 70mm (seated on the push screw)
Height of F3: 70 to 77mm (part of F3 is floating)
 * The cabling between F3 and F2 was started.
