F3とF2の接続

・Earthquake stop のF2用押しネジにM10ナットを取り付けた。
・ワイヤーをF2に通しつつ、F2を Earthquake stop のプレートに載せた。
・F2をEarthquake stop のプレートから高さ70mmまで上げて、ワイヤーにテンションをかけた。
・最終状態
　　　F2高さ70mm（押しネジに着座している）
　　　F3高さ70～77mm （一部が浮いている）
