We have changed and worked on the following settings.
If the cable gets in the way of your work, remove it and put it back after you are work.

In the Center area, we found the following problems
The SW at the root of the computer room was connected to a 100M PoE.
> In the 1Gbps SW connection (SR2-SRM, N1-BSWS), the actual speed was 100Mbps.
I made a mistake in the above statement.
The actual speed is 100Mbps between 1Gbps SWs (N1 and all Ss connected to N1).
I changed the following settings.
The IP address of the SRM Rack SW was changed from the default (192.168.0.239) to 10.68.97.174, but since 174 was being used by an unknown SW, the SRM Rack was changed again to 10.68.97.177.
The BS IP address is now set to 10.68.97.175.
Details are reflected in the KAGRA Wiki.

We have investigated the network connection of both ends.
Please refer to JGWDoc for details.
We also checked the picomotor status of the X and Y-Ends.
In the ping test, there was no response in both ends.
X: Tried to connect to USB, but could not.
Restarted after re-powering. Settings (IPADDR, GATEWAY, NETMASK) are fine.
After re-powering, tried to connect to USB, but still could not connect.
When I returned to Mozumi, I was able to connect to another Picomotor via USB, so it might be a problem with the USB connector on the Picomotor itself.
Y-end had the same problem as X, according to miyo-san's research, but I did not test the USB connector.
I left it connected for now to check the stability.
