We offload the F1,F2_GAS output signal by moving each fishing rod.
- To reeduce the input signal of the damp filter, we move the fishing rod by rotating the stepper motor.
- Today, we only offload the F1,2 GAS although the F3 exceed 30% of the limit DAC count (=32768) because we could not use the steppermotor of F3. This problem has been already reported in Oct 26 2019 (klog#11192). we should check it during the re-installation work.
- We confirmed the saturated output signal was reduced in VIS_COIL_ALERT.adl.
- Please see attached file. pic.1 and pic.2 are before and after this work, respectively.
Offloading procedure for VIS beginers (e.g. ITMX_GAS_F1)
- Trun OFF the output gain of the damp filter (e.g. K1:VIS-ITMX_F1_DAMP_GAS_GAIN). In order to avoid shaking by the offloading, if the output value in the output signal of the dampfilter (e.g. K1:VIS-ITMX_F1_DAMP_GAS_OUTPUT) exceeds 30000, please turn off the coil output gain (K1:VIS-ITMX_F1_COILOUTF_GAS_GAIN) before turning off the damp filter.
- Turn ON the GAS switch in "MOTOR CONTROL PANEL". you can open the pannel from upper right button in the tower overview.
- Start pcas for stepper motor control according to Wiki. ("ssh k1script" > "step_start ITMX_GAS")
- Move stepping motor while watching the input signal of the damp filter (e.g. K1:VIS-ITMX_F1_DAMP_GAS_INMON)
- After offloading the GAS, turn OFF the GAS switch.
- Stop pcas and exit k1script.
- Done.
