DC control outputs in the ITMX GAS loops have been offloaded.
- Some TEST offset outputs were also disabled which compensated the DAMP control outputs.

DAMP output variation with this offloading
- F1 GAS: ~ +4800 ---> ~0
- F2 GAS: +20,000 (saturated) ---> ~80

F3 GAS: +10,600 ---> ~9220
- The fishing rod of the F3 GAS seems not operatable at least from the remote interface.
- But disabling TEST offset could reduce the DC control output.

The
UPDATEbutton in the medm screen doesn't restore the step position in the last operation yet. We need to improve this function.
