Practically, several times shaking PR3 GAS resulted in slight opposite direction, however, the last one resulted in good direction enough.

I adopted the Donald Trump method to recover the PR3.
First, I tried to bring them back to the original position by using the pico. I moved more than 100,000 counts but it did not come back into the QPD range. The OSEM signals were completely saturated, so I bring them back and I prepared for the Donald Trump method as Aso-daisensei did once.
I put 30000 counts offset into the TEST filters of BF, and the SF GAS. I tried more than 20 times, but we could not see efficient motion, so I kicked the BF continuously three times. Then, the oplev beam come close to the center, so I did the same juggling one more time, then the PR3 almost came back.
I moved the pico for fine-tuning, and then the green reached up to the Xend.
After that, we centered the length oplev, and the GR-X got resonated.
